Concernant votre remarque sur le salon, sachez que le propriétaire a remplacé le canapé il y a deux ans sans m’en informer à l’époque. Toutefois, il n’a jamais reçu de retour négatif à ce sujet jusqu’à présent. Après échange avec lui, il semble que ce nouveau salon soit plus confortable que l’ancien. Cela étant, je prends bien en compte votre ressenti et en informe le propriétaire afin qu’il puisse y être attentif pour l’avenir. J’espère que vous avez tout de même passé un agréable séjour et j’espère avoir le plaisir de vous accompagner dans une future réservation.
