What an amazing week! The service offered by Manuel and Chantal leading up to and arriving for our stay was top notch! This beautiful villa is located very close to the St Francois marina, and has its on private beach access. The amenities in the house are immaculate, from the fully loaded kitchen you can cook anything, to outdoor living on the back patio where there is a jacuzzi, amazing swimming pool and summer kitchen with BBQ.
We fell in love with Guadeloupe on this trip, and the Villa Champagne just added to what was an amazing week in the French Caribbean. |

Fabulous property in a wonderful location. We able to walk to most restaurants in St Francois and enjoyed the ambiance very much. We mostly shopped at the new Carrefour, which required a 5 min drive but could have managed with the HyperCasino and losee more
Fabulous property in a wonderful location. We able to walk to most restaurants in St Francois and enjoyed the ambiance very much. We mostly shopped at the new Carrefour, which required a 5 min drive but could have managed with the HyperCasino and local fruit vendors (7 people eat a lot of food in 2 weeks!). The house is spacious and accommodated our family (4 adults, three children from 4 to 15) well. Internet worked perfectly. TV worked well. We appreciated the child car seat and beach toys. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen facilities terrific. Pool, hot tub, kayaks, etc were really appreciated and heavily used. We appreciated the quick response when the BBQ ran out of gas. Mosquitos are troublesome during cocktails and dinner outside but manageable with sprays and coils. Marie Anit our maid came every few days. Although we had some difficulty communicating in French, she was very nice and did a good job. She provided clean towels when we asked. The guidebooks are correct that the beach Raison Claire, the local beach, is close by, clean, and perfectly nice for families. We liked Datcha beach at Le Gosier and others near St Anne but the traffic during holiday period made the drives back in the late afternoon tiresome. The drive to Base Terre, especially on the transverse highway, was especially bad because of the traffic. Our 4 year old grandson loved the zoo and our teenage daughters and their parents really loved the ziplining. Pointe des Chateau is beautiful.

We were surprised to find kayaks and paddle boards to use in the ocean - so much fun! The town is nice and close and full of delicious restaurants and great shops. Manuel was incredibly helpful leading up to our stay. Will definitely stay with Prestige Villa Rental next time I return!

We didn't realize that we needed to replenish the toilet paper and paper towels until a few days in. However, it may have been lost in translation when communicating with Nicolle and Didier since I'm not perfect at French.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Fabienne, les équipements de la maison pour faire la cuisine ou même pour aller à la plage. Le ménage et l'entretien de la piscine 2 fois par semaine ont également été apprécié.
